About Our Office

Patient Safety
For your protection, our staff members wear masks, gloves, and safety glasses during clinical procedures. We strictly observe all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines, as well. All of our dental instruments are cleaned, disinfected, and routinely sterilized as recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Whenever possible, disposable, single-use items are used to ensure your safety. Electric hand pieces (dental drills) are sterilized with a statium steam autoclave sterilization unit specifically designed for this purpose. All surfaces in the treatment rooms are cleaned and disinfected after each patient. So relax! With our stringent safety measures, you’re in great hands.

Patient Comfort
You are not alone if you feel anxious about a visit to the dentist. We understand and appreciate your concerns. Dr. Parham and our team will strive to make each of your visits pleasant and comfortable. If there is anything else we can do, please mention it to one of our team members. We offer in-operatory cable television so you can enjoy your favorite CD or watch your favorite television show during treatments.

Patient Communication
We believe you deserve the best patient care and patient communication! We utilize a patient engagement system called SolutionReach, to send you appointment reminders by text messaging or by email. Smile Reminders will also send out office information and post-visit surveys that allow you to share with us how your appointment went and if you are completely satisfied.
